Dr. Elizabeth Crawford Spencer is Assistant Professor of Law at Bond University.  With two books due for publication this year, The Regulation of Franchising in the New Global Economy (Elgar), and Relational Rights and Responsibilities:  Perspectives on Contractual Arrangements in Franchising (Bond University Press),  her current research models the drafting of franchise agreements in the context of rapid and significant technological change.
