Sean O'Donnell is a Franchising law and dispute resolution specialist with Thomsons Lawyers.  He advises franchisors about their legal responsibilities, including Code compliance and is acutely aware of the commercial and competitive pressures facing his clients and the franchise sector. Sean's dispute and mediation experience allow him to work with his clients to develop effective strategies to protect the franchise brand and system and successfully resolve disputes.

Sean has extensive advocacy experience, including successfully defending a franchisor in a Federal Court class action. He is an accredited mediator with OMFA and has participated in numerous franchise and commercial mediations both as an advisor and mediator.  Sean is a committee member of the FCA's NSW chapter.
