Commencing his security career in 1980 Michael spent a few years working with smaller security companies before joining Mayne Nickless.  After starting in Sales he went on to become National Sales Manager of all three Security Divisions of Mayne Nickless.  In 1995 he left Mayne's and consolidated two private companies before starting Charter Security in 1996.

Charter Security is a highly innovative company that employs over five hundred people.  Charter services operate across Australia and New Zealand.
