Michael Logos, Crust Gourmet Pizza Bars CEO, founded Crust alongside his cousin Costa Anastasiadis,

Crust's Managing Director.

Soon after the first Crust store was launched in Annandale, Sydney in 2001, Michael realised that there

was a market in Melbourne for a healthier alternative to the traditional takeaway pizza. Michael bought

into the Crust business in 2002, opening a store in Richmond and introducing the brand to the Melbourne

market.

Straight away, Michael's background in marketing enabled him to establish a marketing strategy to

differentiate the Crust brand from its competitors.

Now, Michael's role as Crust CEO sees him responsible for brand development and marketing for the

Crust franchise, which comprises over 60 stores across Australia and an international store in Singapore.
