Position: National Franchising Manager

Justine is responsible for overseeing the development and growth of the Bartercard franchise network and the profitability and success of Bartercard's 45 franchised offices.

Justine has an extensive history at Bartercard, joining the company at a young age in 1994; her highly motivated personality has allowed her to hold numerous key positions within the company. During her executive role as National Administration Manager she was instrumental in the setup of many of the systems nationally and gave her an extensive knowledge of the company's overall operation prior to being focused on Franchising.

As Franchising Manager she is focused on building and strengthening the Franchisor/Franchisee relationship, the protection of the Franchise model and system. Justine is responsible for the development of Bartercard's Franchisee Incentive Program which financially rewards Franchisees based on exemplary performance over and above what is contracted in their Franchise Agreement.

She has also recently held an Executive position on the Bartercard Australia Board.
