Dr Monique Beedles is an experienced business consultant and advisor with a passion for turning strategic visions into reality. Monique works with business decision makers, including boards, executive managers and business owners, to lead their businesses to successes.

With a PhD in Business Strategy and extensive experience on boards and in leadership roles, Monique is confident working at the interface between governance and management to achieve the best outcomes for the organisation. Her recent experience includes work in professional service, mining, healthcare, education and facilities management.

Monique is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a registered Member of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Monique is frequently asked to speak and facilitate strategic and thought leadership sessions with both experienced and emerging leaders and has a particular interest in mentoring and developing women as future leaders.
