Derek is a well regarded franchising law specialist. He advises international and domestic franchisors, master franchisees, franchisees and territory developers. Derek is a regular presenter at conferences and legal forums for the FCA. He is a long standing member of the FCA Qld State Chapter Committee, the FCA Legal Committee, FCA National Ethics Committee, ACCC Franchising Panel Committee and chair of the Queensland Law Society Franchising Committee.
