Estelle has been a Board Member of the Franchise Association of New Zealand for 8 years, is a strong advocate of best practice and currently represents FANZ on the World Franchise Council and the Asia-Pacific Franchise confederation. Estelle is the National franchisor for VIP Home Services along with her husband John and they also operate the Auckland and Christchurch Master franchise.
