Deborah's knowledge and expertise in the telecommunications landscape in Australia is unmatched. Her corporate management experience includes 20 years of management, sales and marketing roles with AT&T, Telstra, Motorola and Hutchison. In 2005 Deborah received the prestigious NSW Telstra Business Woman of the Year (Business & Corporate) Award and also earned a Masters of Management degree from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

In 2008 Pacnet received the "Supplier of the Year" award at the MYOB Excellence in Franchising Awards.
