Simone is a specialist corporate and commercial lawyer, with a particular focus on franchising and intellectual property. Simone has advised private individuals, council, public and private companies throughout Australia and overseas, acted for established national and international franchisors' and been involved in the design and establishment of various franchise systems. Her experience as Corporate Counsel and Department Manager within national and international franchising companies, including Bartercard International, Bartercard Australia, and currently The Coffee Club Group, brings a practical and commercial perspective to her legal advice. 

Since 2007 Simone has been an elected representative of the FCA's Qld Chapter Committee and the Chair of their Legal sub-committee. Simone has given presentations, lectures and facilitated roundtable discussions for and to FCA members and on behalf of the FCA to the public. Simone has also assisted in organising, holding and facilitating FCA events within Qld and nationally.
