Rob's particular area of expertise is franchising, both for franchisors and franchisees. Since 1990, he has been involved with the creation of franchise systems; upgrades and restructuring of existing franchise systems; compliance and audit issues for franchisors and their respective franchisees; valuations of franchise systems and franchisees and venture capital raising for franchisors.

Rob is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. From the start of his professional career in 1981, Rob has worked to advise and assist those in small business.
