Professor Lorelle Frazer, Director of the Asia-Pacific Centre for Franchising Excellence is Australia's, and one of the world's, leading franchising researchers. She's been researching franchising issues for more than a decade, including being lead researcher on the biennial Franchising Australia studies, and is across a range of challenges faced by the sector.

Her research is often quoted by government and has been used to drive positive policy reform. Lorelle is also Dean (Learning & Teaching) at the Griffith Business School and has received multiple awards and recognition for her high standard of teaching and quality assurance methods for student learning outcomes.
